MESSAGE FROM THE SPECIAL MASTER ON BEHALF OF JUSTICE SILVERA’S PART:
I have been asked by Justice Silvera’s Part to remind counsel to ensure that counsel are signed up for E-Track for all of your pending NYCAL cases. Scheduled conferences may not appear on the NYSCEF, and the Court notifies counsel of upcoming conferences and other court appearances through the E-Track platform. Apparently there have been some non-appearances for recent cases as counsel were not signed up on E-Track for notifications.
